Easy and organized. Met our driver right where we were asked to be. Our driver was professional, personable and efficient. Highly recommended.
Excellent Hotel: Location cant be bettered and staff were all noticeably friendly and courteous. Everything about the hotel was first rate and setting etc was sumptious. We have visited London for 30 years+ including stays on Park Lane and Mayfair but this was as good as it can get- and not as expensive as it "should be" Recommend to anyone.
DO NOT BOOK. Poor customer service, not cooperative. Instead, use car service provided by the airport called, "Airport Cars Gatwick," it is cheaper and more reliable.
Our driver Carlos, went above and beyond, He helped my friend who lost her cane, get a wheelchair and pushed her all the way to the car. He made sure we had everything we needed before we left the airport. He was so very kind!
Our driver was awesome! He was at the airport holding the most clear sign of all! It was an iPad with a black background and my name was written in HUGE letters in white. He was so easy to locate! He helped us with luggage and was very friendly and helpful. This pick up was seamless and we were so glad we did not try to get on the train with all our bags. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.
Our plane was an hour late! Our driver was waiting at Gatwick airport! Very efficient and shuttle very clean! Cost was a good price for the hour drive!
The driver was extremely patient with me when I couldn’t tell him where I fwas in the airport and after discovering that it was our first time visiting London pointed out the major attractions along the route to our hotel.
Our driver named Joseph! He was outstanding! He came right when we called! We did not have to wait at all! He held up a sign with our name on it! He was very courteous too! Recommend him and Viator tours!
Our flight was delayed and we arrived over an hour late. The diver was still waiting for us. Location meeting place was confusing we went outside to curbside but driver was inside terminal.
I had trouble finding the driver, but just when I was about to panic, we saw each other. Pollyanna was lovey! Helpful, professional and friendly. I felt warmly welcomed to England!
