On time, liked that a person was present to guide you to car since using cane, helped with luggage. Helpful and more than expected.

We were supposed to land at 3:00 in Lisbon. We missed a connection and had to route through another city on a different airline. Didn’t land until 10:30 pm. I sent a messsge to the company and there were there waiting for us I was afraid we would be searching for a taxi at midnight.
Great service, comfortable and clean vehicle, on time (even a few minutes early which we appreciated), courteous driver with good driving skills I have never been disappointed with a Viator transfer

The transfer company representative was at meeting point as expected and the vehicle / driver were immaculate - fantastic service all round. They were fully aware of the long waiting at passport control and communucatuon was excellent
So nice to have arranged this. The airport is huge! Nice to have a designated place to meet and have them guide us to the car. We would never have found it on our own. Worked out really well!
Very disappointed. We prebooked because we took an overnight flight from US and didnt want to have to figure out uber vs. cab vs. train when we were jetlagged.. the whole process was very shady. We were contacted by our driver saying he was waiting for us when we landed which was awesome. He provided detailed instructions on meet up which was also great. When we arrived at meet up point, driver was not there. He messaged saying to wait for a ‘host’. This is when things got shady. There were a number of people at the meet up point and we tried asking to figure out who our host was and they were rude and told us to step outside the tour guide/host area. The host didnt arrive for 20 minutes, then told us our driver was unavailable and he would have to arrange another driver which would take another 25-30 minutes. He also could not guarantee the van we reserved. We tried messaging our original driver and he stopped responding to us. The only positive was the driver we eventually got paired with was very nice and helped us figure out the lock box in our apartment! Should have just taken an uber
João Fartura was our driver and he made the pickup experience extremely simple. This was our first time in the Lisbon airport but the messages and pictures he sent us helped lead us right to him. He was very professional, and he also gave us some interesting insights into the city on our ride to the hotel. Wonderful transfer!
