We were very impressed with Vanlimo's service. The car is beautiful, immaculate and very comfortable. Our driver, Rickey was very polished and professional, but very warm and friendly as well. Our flight was 2 hours late, but Ricky kept track of it, and was waiting for us when we arrived at the Vancouver airport. He took us to our hotel, and he took us to the cruise ship terminal the next morning. Ricky told us a lot about Vancouver, and gave us helpful informarion about meeting our limo when we returned to Port at the end of our cruise. I highly recommend Vanlimo and would absolutely use their service again. I greatly appreciated the excellent communication and timely updates. First class all the way!

Ricky was 20 mins early and he also called 2 hours early to confirm the pickup. Much appreciated when a large group is reliant on making the cruise check in on time!!
