First and foremost find out the size of the vehicle. Ours was a MB C Class with barely enough room in the trunk for one suitcase. We ha 4 full size bags plus carry on so we had suitcases everywhere and made the trip very uncomfortable.

Top notch transport. Driver was waiting with sign and helped us take luggage to the van. We were very happy to see him in the chaotic cruise terminal. Took us to see Tokyo sights for 3 hours before dropping us off at the airport. Great experience!

The driver was very helpful with loading the luggage. They came earlier than scheduled, which was actually helpful since we had some slight issues at the airport.
