I visitatori entreranno in un locale in stile tradizionale a Shinjuku, dove due veri lottatori di sumo danno vita all'antico sport giapponese attraverso potenti match e divertenti dimostrazioni. Imparerai il significato dietro i rituali sacri del sumo, come il lancio del sale, il ring stomping e le cerimonie pre-partita, mentre un ospite bilingue spiega tutto in modo facile e divertente. Dopo aver visto i lottatori scontrarsi sul ring, gli ospiti avranno la possibilità di salire sul dohyō (ring di sumo) e provare una sfida di sumo amichevole per se stessi. Great fun and we really enjoyed watching the sumo wrestlers and learning about the sport. Everyone got a photo opportunity. Bring socks as you need to take shoes off.
The sumo experience was well worth it! Great tour for all ages. My teenagers had a blast and it was great to see people volunteer to participate as well.
This was a great way to learn about the Sumo culture and see a demonstration, all without investing a lot of time from our vacation. We checked several other experiences that included a meal and decided we just wanted the Sumo experience and could get food somewhere else. It was really perfect. The right amount of information, demonstration, entertainment. The staff were excellent and the Sumo wrestlers were great! They made sure to spend all the time we needed at the end of the show for pictures. Highly recommend.

So much fun. Learned a lot about sumo and the wrestlers were really funny and fantastic as were the hosts. They had delicious drinks and it was easy to find.
