Trasferimento privato da/per l'aeroporto di Hurghada

Everything worked out well, our driver met us where agreed and we got to our hotel in Makadi bay in 30 mins.

The pickup from the airport to the hotel and the transfer from the hotel were very good and punctual. The driver was very nice. One day before the return trip, we were notified of the transfer time. And should there be any problems, we received another address on the day of the return trip.

I had the worst experience of my life with this company. I had booked even before the start of my vacation. They waited until the day before my departure to the airport to ask me for additional fees, which I obviously refused to pay since everything was already paid for. During my booking, I provided the departure time of my flight, and they chose to send a driver at the time of my flight's departure, which is not possible. Otherwise, I will miss my flight. I therefore stated that the mistake was on their part and that I should not have to pay additional fees to change drivers and times. They did not want to hear anything and insisted that I pay, or else they would leave me in a difficult situation. I chose to stand my ground and did not pay the fees they requested, so I asked them not to send a driver, and I had to order a taxi instead. I strongly advise against this company, whether for transportation or activities. You cannot trust them, and they will ask you for additional fees for everything you experience. Avoid at all costs.

Fast and secure transfer

Driver showed up before time. Helpful and spoke some English. Off course expected the customary Egyptian baksheesh. But then we had 12 bags between 5 persons so well deserved.

The driver was punctual and cordial. Packed our bags in the correct compartment, drove safely and left us in the matched location.

We arrived at Hurghada Airport at 22:00 once we passed through Security and Passport Control I was picked up and all our luggage was taken by Special Assistant in a wheelchair. There was no one to pick us up and take us to our hotel. My wife and I were left outside and had to book another private transfer to our hotel at the cost of £25 I have the receipt and would like to get a refund from you for £25 plus the cost of our original Private Transfer. Please note that we did not arrive at our hotel until 22:45. We both have been up since 06:30am and we have been let down by your Company for our Holiday 😡👎

The Taxi transfer didn’t arrive. We waited for30mins. No contact, No Apology. In the end we ended up having to use the TUI transfer. Would not recommend using this company.

Driver was easy to spot, had my name showing clearly. Arrived in one piece, driving laws are distinctly odd in Egypt. Would recommend.

Great organization, everything worked out wonderfully: BUT rip-off on child seats, these costs despite other details on Booking.com 5€ extra. That
