**Prelievo dall'aeroporto:** All'arrivo, ritira il bagaglio e recati alla Hall Arrivi. Il tuo autista attende fuori dal terminal nell'area di raccolta del trasporto terrestre con in mano un cartello con il logo arancione di Cancun Travel Experience. Si prega di presentare la conferma o un documento d'identità con foto al momento del ritiro. Il tuo trasporto sarà pronto esattamente 30 minuti dopo l'orario di atterraggio del tuo volo e può attendere fino a 60 minuti dopo l'orario di atterraggio del tuo volo. Arrivi: se per caso riscontri problemi nell'individuare il tuo autista, recati in uno dei seguenti punti di incontro: - Terminal 2 (arrivi nazionali) al Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (arrivi internazionali) al Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 al Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 al Welcome Bar **Prelievo dall'hotel:** L'orario esatto del prelievo verrà confermato un giorno prima della partenza del volo, il tuo autista ti incontrerà nella hall del tuo hotel. Si prega di presentare la conferma o un documento d'identità con foto al momento del ritiro. Si prega di essere pronti e di attendere alcuni minuti prima dell'orario di ritiro confermato, i conducenti possono attendere solo un massimo di 10 minuti dopo l'orario di ritiro confermato.

They picked us up at Cancun airport, but don’t believe what they say. There’s meet you at our particular place was the at the Margaritaville bar with our name and we waited for about 45 minutes and kept calling the company and they didn’t answer and then one time they didn’t answer and said oh no he’s at the parking lot and in number 40 My wife walked all the way around that parking lot until she found number 40 and she has spoke to it. The gentleman didn’t have our name on the no sign on the vehicle nothing so she had to talk to him and say hey by the way, are you with that company and that he said yes she asked him how long he was waiting. He said oh maybe 15-20 minutes. We had booked a round-trip, but after considering it when we got to the hotel finally we decided to get a hold of Viator for a refund for the pick up from our resort and we had no confidence that they would get us to the airport on time to get our flight home! Viator did get us a refund for the one way after all they did transported us to the hotel. That’s all I asked for. Thank you, Viator!!!

We understand how overwhelming it can be after a long flight to locate transportation, especially in a busy airport environment, and we regret that this part of your journey did not feel smooth or clear. According to our records and standard airport procedures, passengers are provided with detailed meeting instructions and drivers are assigned to designated waiting areas within the transportation zone. In this case, the driver was assigned and present at the confirmed location within the expected timeframe. However, we understand that despite this, the connection between passenger and driver was not as clear as it should have been, which led to unnecessary frustration and delay. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused and for the impact it had on your overall experience, particularly after a long travel day. Transportation was on time and got us to our resort quickly to start our vacation! Very courteous team 😃
They were on time, extreamly gracious and went out of their way for my daughter and her fiancé who were arriving to get married in Cancun. Would recommend them to anyone!
We landed a bit behind our time but the company was waiting for us upon our arrival. Very friendly driver and fast drop off at the hotel and same for our return .
