È richiesta la prenotazione con 2 giorni di anticipo ed è soggetta a disponibilità. all'arrivo riceverete il numero del dirigente che vi assisterà nella prenotazione una volta arrivato in aeroporto, ritirerai i tuoi bagagli e successivamente passerai alla dogana e all'immigrazione. dopodiché attraverserai il corridoio e troverai l'uscita. cerca l'uscita di agenzie di viaggio e tour operator. è lì che troverai il nostro staff ad aspettarti con un cartello con il tuo nome. il nostro staff ti indirizzerà nella zona dove abbiamo il veicolo che ti trasferirà al tuo hotel.

This company told me that they did not have our reservation confirmation number for pick up. Not wanting to not have a ride to the airport I made other arrangements. Several hours later, they reached out and said that we would be picked up at a certain time. However, I had already made other arrangements based on their previous communication. The people working for this tour company are not friendly and communicate incorrect information
Was not told during booking that we were going out of the hotel zone until we arrived and was sent a text to pay by link. This should have been advertised prior to booking. The advertisement shows low fares but they are not actually that low compared to others.
All was great! They contacted us promptly, met us, and took us to our hotel. Friendly and prompt service!!
Excellent service for a reasonable price. Our plane was delayed and a missed connection happened, but they were accomidating and got us to our hotel 6 hours after we were suppose to arrive! Great service thank you so much!

Easy to book, easy to find and an easy ride! Booked 4 hrs before landing in Cancun and everything went well.
They were extremely responsive and when both of me and my friends flight were delayed, they waited over two hours for us and we’re still friendly
When I arrived I was told that the service doesn’t go to my resort that is in Cancun. I sent the address and Google Maps directions ahead of time and when I arrived at the airport I was told they couldn’t take me to my resort because of the location. The location is in the hotel zone in Cancun. I was confused. I was very dissatisfied
