Whenever I travel overseas from USA, I usually book transfer services Viator. I feel safe and secure in the knowledge that my ride will be there. Also, if there are any problems, I am assured someone can help, by text or phone call. My pickup at Hilton Tokyo to Yokohama cruise terminal was flawless. Comfortable ride too. Arigato.
Best way to travel to not worry about transportation. You worry your vehicle would be small and not big enough for large luggage and carry on. This transportation service was excellent to accommodate for family of four with all our luggage. I would not hesitate to use them again when in Japan.
Best way to get from Tokyo hotel to cruise ship, especially if traveling with lots of luggage. Obviously more expensive than the subway, but how much is a back injury along with lots of frustration worth? I came to Japan to enjoy, not struggle. The car for 4 people was like a huge SUV, very luxurious and plenty room for all our luggage.
Our driver was on time and got us to Yokohama Cruise Terminal with no issues. He was also very good at packing our groups 9 luggage. I would recommend Viator for transportation needs.
Great way to get from downtown Tokyo to the Yokohama port..: it is quite a distance and I would personally not want to figure out the transit system while lugging our bags with us… the vehicle was excellent, very comfortable. I forgot my phone in the vehicle and they had it back to me in 30 minutes… very thankful for that.
Clear and fast communication before and during transfer. Fish helped us on WhatsApp with questions and instructions: kind, professional, welcoming. It was such good service from the airport to downtown Tokyo, we booked their service again from downtown to Yokohama port before our cruise. Highly recommended, would do business with them again!

I booked transportation for 5 adults with 5 suitcases (all of which was confirmed with the supplier) from our hotel in Tokyo to Yokohama cruise terminal. The fee was paid in full 2 days earlier. Upon arrival the driver only wanted to take 4 of us claiming our luggage was excessive. It was not. We had 1 standard sized suitcase each all of which were below 23kgs as per our airline's policy. The driver argued with us saying we should book a taxi as well. The office also took the driver's side. Neither the driver or office were willing to come up with a solution. The van provided sat 6 passenger adults so we solved the issue by standing 1 suitcase on the floor in front of a vacant seat. The so called problem was resolved by us not the driver or office. Your contractor in this case was most unprofessional. In fact it was disgraceful service. Perhaps Viator should contact their contractor. To accept the booking with all details provided and then on the day expect us to book a separate taxi was disgraceful. The driver also spoke no English. It was a shambles that we had to find a solution for.
We are very sorry for the bad experience you had. Due to the excessive size of your luggage, it was indeed impossible to fit it in the vehicle's trunk. However, the driver's handling was not very considerate, and this is our fault. We apologize to you.
