It happened to be a rainy day. However, even with the rain, it was a wonderful tour. Our guide, Ahamed, arrived on time and suggested an itinerary; he asked if we had any preferences and recommended a few interesting and beautiful places to visit on a rainy day. For lunch, he took us to a family-run restaurant by the lake where we got to try a traditional dish. During the tour, he also told us a lot, answered our questions, and took some beautiful photos. The agency and the guide himself communicate with us and let us know the pickup time in advance. Since we didn't get to see Mount Fuji that day, we'll definitely go back.
Usman our driver was amazing! Not only was his knowledge excellent for everything we asked about, he had fantastic recommendations that were around our conversations, happy to alter the tour to our requests. Despite the rain and no sighting of the elusive Mt Fuji, we all had an incredible day. The tour was the perfect amount of time with our children ranging from 5-13 and my husband and I loved the sites, the knowledge and the experiences. I strongly recommend this tour.
We had an excellent full-day Mount Fuji tour with Umar. From the very beginning, he was prompt, professional, polite, and courteous. Although the weather wasn’t cooperating and Mount Fuji was difficult to see, Umar did everything possible to give us the best chance of getting a good view throughout the day. He made the trip very comfortable by offering multiple opportunities to get out of the car, stretch our legs, explore, and grab something to eat. He also went above and beyond by taking wonderful photos of my son and me, which helped make the experience even more memorable. Umar speaks excellent English and communicated efficiently and clearly through WhatsApp before and during the tour, making everything easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Umar to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional guide. We truly appreciated his efforts and would gladly book another tour with him in the future.
Our driver, Attary, was punctual and waiting for us exactly on time to begin our Mount Fuji tour. We were fortunate to have a beautiful day with clear skies, pleasant weather, and low humidity, and Attary did everything possible to ensure that we enjoyed every moment of it. This was a great experience. Definitely a must do if you're in Tokyo. Usman is a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about Mt Fuji and Japan in general. Would recommend the tour to others and I also recommend having Usman as your tour guide. He guided us in the best way possible for halal food, picture spots and activities. He also took photos for us so we could fully enjoy the time. Usman is highly, highly recrecommended!!
