Wow amazing company and service, we used them 4 times and truly they made our trip amazing, the communication was excellent we not only used them for airport pick up and drop off but they took us from the hotel to the cruise ship and on another day they drove us to all the places in Tokyo we wanted to visit. Best car company in Tokyo!
We highly recommend this transportation service! We had a group of 9 traveling from the cruise port to our hotel in Tokyo, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our driver was professional, friendly, and punctual. He helped with our luggage, made sure everyone was comfortable, and provided a safe and relaxing ride. Traveling with a large family can sometimes be challenging, but he made the entire process easy and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. After a long cruise, it was wonderful to have reliable transportation waiting for us and to be taken directly to our hotel without any hassle. Thank you for providing such excellent service and helping our family start our time in Tokyo on a positive note. We would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a large group.
Pick up at port Car was. He was on time . We stopped he waited. And then took us to autonomously time
Communication with the company prior to arrival in Japan was clear and timely. The driver was outside of our hotel early! I even changed the time of pickup multiple times and they were understanding with my requests. Ride from our hotel in c steal Tokyo to the cruise port was smooth and comfortable. We are two adults with 3 full sized suitcases and 2 carry on.
Confirmation was sent in a timely manner. Driver came on time. Smooth ride to destination. Driver was polite.

Our driver knew VERY LITTLE English which made it very difficult to communicate. He was a very safe driver and smooth ride.
The driver was not at the port when we arrived. We waited 25 minutes for the driver. We were the last passengers to leave the port.

Very good transfer. Communication was great we got off ship a bit early and driver was to pick us up
I booked 4 taxis 3 came early no problem. The 4th was caught in a bad traffic jam right in front of my hotel. He did finally inched through. We all got to our destination on time.
