Punctual pick up. Friendly and helpful driver and staff. English speaking. Smooth drive from airport to hotel.
All right, everything as agreed in my case I only contracted the transport but all very well with them
The pickup and transfer from the airport to our hotel was very smooth. Communication was sometimes confusing because there is Viator who you book through and then sometimes 2 other companies who coordinate the transfer. Overall efficient.

This is a very efficient and affordable way to smoothly get to the El Calafate airport in a private shuttle van that was very prompt in picking us up at our hotel.
The driver assigned was pleasant and very helpful with our luggage. He was waiting right in the arrival area with our names on.
Very helpful & friendly person met me at the airport with a sign with my name on it. He provided information about El Calafate in Spanish & in excellent English on the way to El Calafate. My pick-up person came with me to my Hostel check-in to make sure all was good with my reservation before leaving me at my destination. It is a very professional service & would definitely use them again.
They were well identified and were punctual Courtesy, new car and provided useful information about El Calafate
They didn't pick me up at the airport as we had agreed and I was paid. They tell me to refund it but I don't know where to claim
