The actual driver was great but the company gave the driver the wrong address for another hotel with a same name in the area. Thankfully we were picked up early so he had plenty of time to get to the correct location and get us to the airport. If your destination has a similar hotel name close by, I’d double check with your driver just to make sure you have the correct address or you might be stuck waiting on the curb for 30 minutes like we were.

Driver was early and professional. I arrived with plenty of time for my flight. Will definitely use them again.

Great company. They Kept me up to date on my reservations and how the process would work with my driver. He picked us up in time and was very nice, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable with suggestions while visiting NYC. Definitely recommend this company.

No driver was there when we arrived and no communication. We finally got someone and were told they would get a driver and the driver called and said he would pick up at another terminal (after 40 minutes. We paid $200 up front and got nothing.

Very helpful and friendly drivers. So easy and efficient. For our first time in NYC it took a load off our minds to use this service especially after a long travel day. Loved the point to point service and help with our luggage.

I haven't even taken the trip yet, I just booked, but I called to verify the booking, and the woman that answered was amazing. She found my reservation quickly and told me that they would call before the pickup time in case I made any changes. She also to me that they will track my flight out of LGA and if there were any flight schedule changes they would let me know. I feel so good knowing that we are covered- definitely worth the cost just for the peace of mind.

This was the best transfer service to the airport. Our driver was at the hotel right on time and the communication about pickup times was top notch. The drive was smooth, the vehicle clean and spacious, and we were to the airport with more than enough time to check in and get to our gate without having to rush or worry about missing a flight. The driver was at our hotel waiting for us at the requested time. Then the trip to the airport was rapid and uneventful. Well done!!!

From JFK to Manhattan we attempted to use a yellow cab. A guy distracted us and said you can use this bigger car for the same price, others also followed him, we went over and sat in the SUV. Asked the price to the hotel and told it is on the meter, when we arrived the bill was $500. Lesson here is we should have planned! We used this company for our return back to JFK at a fraction of that price! Driver was excellent, it took a little time for the confirmation of pick up to arrive but it was the day before New Year’s Eve. Do book a cab in advance so you do not get stung like we did, this company was really good!
