DO NOT book a car on your next trip. Viator does not help if your flight changes. They refused to adjust the time of pick up. Then our driver was late forcing us to wait in panic if anyone would pick us up. The dispatch finally got us a taxi and said the ride would be free, but after arriving home; Viator informed us we hey would not refund our money. Uber DOES work in Tokyo, book a through them: WAY cheaper and far less stress trying to find your car!! Never again with Viator! RIP OFF
