The coordinator of the local company comunícate with us since we contract the service, due that is my first time in Istambul, he guide us to the meeting point with clear instrucciones (he include a video that pointer the references), the vehicle was shine and clean and the driver very professional, excelent service

The car and driver were 35 minutes late. The car was much older than I expected and pretty dirty. The driver also stopped to get gas, which also slowed us down.

Also it was quite new model and quite clean . It is unfair to share this comment as you know the case. So sad to see . Hope to welcome you again with better services .

Excellent Istanbul transfer. Driver was at hotel ready before pickup time. He was very courteous, helped with our baggage & dropped off us at best departure gate. Private transfer & air conditioned vehicle. Recommend.
