Perfect experience with Tunc as our guide. Food on both continents, great examples of Turkish food, drinks and desserts!! All tossed together with his intimate knowledge of the city.
A wonderful and easy way to experience the variety of foods Istanbul has to offer. From a true Turkish breakfast to the sweet ending of dessert, we learned traditions and tastes of the City. She was informative, personable and made sure to make us all comfortable in each stop. Her easy going approach to moving about both the Europe and Asian side of Istanbul was refreshing. Our group included a varied mix of nationalities and she made sure all were able to enjoy the experience.
Loved the experience with Kaan as our guide. We did a thorough tour of the typical turkish food and the neighborhood of Kadikoy on the asian side. One of the best tours we did during our stay here. Would highly recommend!
So much food and all delicious. Got to see parts of the city I would not have seen otherwise and tasted foods that I would not otherwise have tasted. The guide was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely a highlight of our stay in Istanbul.
Great tour! We went to 6 different places, mainly on the Asia side of Instanbul and tried a very nice variety of foods and drinks. Our guide was very fun and knowledgeable and gave some great tips about eating out.
This was a really fun experience we got to try a lot of food and snacks while also getting some nice cultural and historical content!!
You get a great view of the city from both the Asia and European sides and get a good glimpse into the culture and food of Istanbul and Turkey as a whole. It is a lot of food as well so it’s worth the money. It’s a great way to spend the day exploring in Istanbul.

This was an excellent tour to do on the beginning of a trip to Istanbul. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, funny and so kind. He took us to at least seven different restaurants - Street food establishments. We ate stuffed mussels, kebabs, sampled traditionall Turkish breakfast dishes, baklava, Turkish pizza, ice cream, pickled veggies. He gave us the history of foods, spices, drinks and Turkish culture. Too many treats to mention. Going from the European side to the Asian side was an added bonus. All 6 of my friends and family thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
Absolutely spectacular tasting. Your guide is hopefully selen who is very funny and entertaining at telling you important historical and cultural information about Istanbul and Turkey. You will be well fed and even dietary accommodations were very easy to make.
