Cosy hotel, high service and extremely nice bar. Ronaldy makes all the difference in the service, with attention to the details and great drinks suggestions.
Paid upfront for airport transfer. They never showed up. Didn't respond to messages until the next day. Explained they made a mistake. Didn't refund. Stay away.
Everything went well, but we had a little misunderstanding with the luggage space, as we were five people with many bags. However, the driver was very helpful and looked for a way to accommodate everything without problem. The ride was comfortable and safe.

We had a safe and comfortable ride to the airport from our hotel. Elvin was an excellent driver and very kind and hospitable. He even offered to stop somewhere for us to shop for gifts for our family. Will definitely use this company again next time we come to punta cana!

Our experience with Diamond Transportation was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was impressively punctual, ensuring that all our transportation needs were met with ease and efficiency. The drivers were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making each journey a pleasant one. A special shoutout goes to Archangel Santos, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent advice that made our trip even more enjoyable. His warm personality and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated and made a lasting impression.
I Went to the Buggy tour with my friends, it was the best experience i can even imagine how funny and adventure it was, we took 3 stops to the sea Macao , taste some coffee, chocolate and Dominican drink and the person who assist me with all guide and itinerary it was Camila, very good service and quality i will recommend that experience with my coworkers and friends.
Great service. Friendly, helpful staff. Jessica made sure all our needs were met. They met us right outside of arrivals and met us in the lobby of our resort. Saw so many wandering around trying to find their driver or shuttle, but for us, we found our name on a Diamond Tours sign.
