Our driver, Jose, was super nice. However, the car was not an Escalade (like the photos). It was a standard Suburban. Basically, it was what an Uber Black SUV booking gets you in any major US city, but at a massive price premium. This was somewhat OK, but I paid more for ALUX over other available options specifically for the Escalade as a surprise to my wife. There was no beer, liquor, or soda pop as listed in the booking inclusions. Only two small Fiji waters in the cupholder, which we drank. We were not offered the water, so I hope just taking them was OK. So, the ride was quick and safe with a friendly driver, but expectations were missed based on the booking description.
My experience with Alux transportation couldn't have gone any smoother. I booked the luxury Escalade as a surprise for my sister's 40th birthday. After booking through Viator, the company kept in steady contact with me through Whats App all the way to the date of our arrival. Our Driver, José Madrigal, was THE BEST and very accommodating. He walked us to our luxury vehicle and offered us cold towels and beverages, which we took full advantage of! I will Definitely book with them again, no question!
Always a great experience getting picked up from ALUX TRANSFERS, before we arrive we get conformation our transfer is there and ready. He has a sign with our name on it. Takes us to our destination. We are VERY happy. BEEN OUR GO TO GUY SINCE 2020. He has a van, luxury suv, and also a 17 to 20 passenger van.
Have used this company many times. Much better than taxis. Great vehicles and service. We would recommend them for your transportation needs. They greet you with drinks in a cooler in vehicle which is nice.
