Booked a limo, got a yellow cab.

Booked a limo from Vancouver airport to downtown. Website photo showed nice cars in fleet. Booked a limo. Got a yellow cab. Rip off.

It’s double the price of...

It’s double the price of a taxi. The driver was nice but it seemed like forever to get there. When you arrive at the airport, you call a number in New York. Then you have to give them all the information and then they transfer you to a local dispatcher and you have to repeat everything again. I thought I was booking a regular sedan but it was a taxi. Never again.

Not the best, won’t schedule sgain

Slow to pickup, poor English skills, very fast driver. Regular taxi although picture shows car service sedans. Misleading. Will not use them again when I travel. Price was good and competitive.

Vancouver Airport Pick-Up After a Long Flight

It was a relief to be met at the airport after a long flight - but it took some time to connect with the driver which was frustrating.

Poor customer service

I booked the service and realized that it was the wrong day so I called within 15 minutes and was told that it was past the time that you could change it and then I have to call Vader. I called and was told I had to go back to the provider and that they would reach out to me which they did not.

Driver could not fit all...

Driver could not fit all the luggage in the taxi Driver did not know where our hotel was All info was given to viator before pick up, I was not satisfied with the service

If we wanted a taxi, we would have hired one!

Received phone call from a TAXI CAB company upon arrival at YVR. Arranged pickup location. The driver was courteous and polite. The taxi was dirty inside and out. We know how to hire a taxi. We hired clean private transportation to our hotel. We did NOT get it.

Airport transfer to hotel

Pick up place not clear thus inconvenient for elderly people to navigate. Transport service very much delayed.

Thank Goodness for Uber!

I booked transportation for airport pick up. I spoke with the operator and they let me know that my transportation was confirmed. Upon arrival I was emailing trying to find out where pick up would be and nobody responded to my email. I eventually found the number listed and contact the company and was told that I didn’t have a driver because of a short notice. I had to request a refund through Viator. I haven’t received it yet, but it says that it could take up to two weeks. Their communication needs to be a lot better. If there’s a possibility that they cannot provide day of services they shouldn’t accept bookings.
