My flight coming to Casablanca was delayed 4 hours, so I missed my connecting flight to Marrakesh. My later flight was then delayed another hour. I alerted my driver of the change and he was there waiting for me. He was a welcome sight after a horrible travel day. I highly recommend!
I would not use again. In my opinion was not as represented. Not on time, no air conditioning, no English speaking guide and vehicle was nothing close to the picture.
Our driver was waiting for us as a agreed, he was friendly helpful and made sure we got where we needed to be. Very happy with everything. Would recommend.

We felt very comfortable during our ride to our hotel, and our driver was very accommodating with his great communication skills and had someone ready to help us get to our hotel when we went into Marrakech.
We paid around £23 for a tax I for 2 from the airport to our hotel which was a short ride outside the city centre. When we arrived at the hotel, our driver said we owed him an extra £16 because the hotel was not in the city centre. Apparently this was hidden in some small print somewhere online, meaning our total trip came to around £40. The normal rate is around £14 so we were totally ripped off. Poor start to the holiday.

<p>Our driver was wsiting for us with a name card, despite it taking almost 2hours to get through security and passport control (due to arrivals for Marrakesh Film Festival). An easy 10 minute transfer to our Riad and driver kindly called ahead for them to meet us at parking area near by</p>
