Good night, I just landed in Bergamo on flight FR3403 from Marrakech. At the airport in Marrakech, a gate agent rudely questioned my suitcase (a Roncato cabin size already used), humiliated me in front of others, and snatched my credit card from my hand to charge me with a date from the day before... absurd... a fine of 75 euros. Then she relegated me to a corner. Rude, aggressive, dishonest. In Bergamo, I had no problems with the same suitcase. On the advice of the stewards, I took numerous photos while retrieving the suitcase that had been stowed. Honestly, before traveling with Ryanair again, I will consider other options... ruined vacation.
I received a message just one hour before my arrival, but I was on a flight at the time and did not have internet access. After landing, I tried contacting the driver more than seven times and never received a response. At around 2:50 AM, I had no choice but to arrange transportation with a private company. Almost an hour and 40 minutes later, as I was already close to the riad, the driver finally sent a message saying he was arriving. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the lack of communication and reliability.
The taxi did not show up. I waited 20 minutes & I had to pay for another service to get me to the airport. Very distressing & very annoying.
Never showed up. Single female traveler at 1am waiting for an hour. Wouldn’t answer the help line. This place can go screw themselves.
No Show. Did not answer any messeges, call or communicate. Accepted the booking to no show up leaving us in a panic to get to the airport on time. I gave reviews benefit of the doubt and wish i hadnt
There was no one at the airport. I never heard from anyone and tried to contact support and didn’t get any answer.
We booked airport transfer and did not turn up. No notification to let us know they won't be coming either. I don't recommend this event provider.
Other travelers should be aware of the risk of booking an airport transfer with non responsive vendors Viator works with.
Our driver was called Ossum, he was very puncture to pick us up. Excellent English and very professional and pilote. Will use this supplier again and highly recommend him. Thank you
Our party of 4 had a very good relaxing private transport experience with Imad. The only reason for a 4 star vs 5 star rating was we would have appreciated him to be conversant during the journey. He was punctual and excellent driver especially once we hit the horrible traffic in Casablanca including unknown street closures due to construction. The 3 hour journey allowed us to take in the countywide sites (not many!) along the way. It gives you an appreciation of the land of Morocco and the differences between the major cities and rural life.
