Meddi was well informed, and very personable. He took us to places that weee I the heart of the Medina yet clearly frequented by locals and not tourists. All the foods we tried were fantastic

Vieni affamato. Andatevene felici. Buon appetito!

Nice visit and we tasted specialties of the city. We stopped in places that I would not have gone to alone. Super guide who gave us a lot of information.
This was soooo awesome!! And I was sooo full!!! Our guide Mehdi was absolutely incredible and super knowledgeable!!! Definitely recommend this tour!!
Our guide led us through many parts of the Medina for tastes of traditional pastry, soup, snails, fast food, snacks, and a meal. He highlighted local vendors, gave tips on how to be a discerning shopper, and relayed history of the Medina. The tour gave us a great introduction to Marrakech.
The tour was exceptional; wandering around the markets trying local cuisine, then finishing up in a restaurant for a authentic 3 course meal. Me, my partner and my sister left full! I would recommend having a very light lunch because the Moroccans are very generous with their portions! Mohamed Kareem was an awesome guide, very knowledgeable, friendly; answering all of our questions and speaking excellent English. Vegetarian and Allergy (nut allergy) friendly if you have your wits about you and don't mind skipping a couple of the spots. Would recommend 100%.
Our guide took us to a number of places including stalls in the souks and a place a little out of the main path where locals normally eat. We didn't follow either of the itineraries on the TripAdvisor listing, but don't let that put you off! We got so absorbed that we forgot to take pictures closer to the end, but we had a lot of different styles of food including harira soup, dates, msemen (sweet and savoury), a style of Berber omelette, various olives, shawarma, juice with a mixture of many other juices, Moroccan pastries and a very strong tea at the end made with a load of ingredients.
Medhi our guide was a great guy. The tour was varied and so much food. We couldn’t eat everything that he provided us with. Really great experience to go to places you otherwise wouldn’t go to. Learnt about the food and culture.
Wonderful opportunity to try the local Dishes where the locals eat. So much food and drinks available as you meander through the souks of Marrakech.
A brilliant evening . Our guide was great and very informative . Food was excellent everywhere we went . It was good to be immersed into the non tourist places to eat . Highly recommend
The food and tour was good however there is false information for Australians at some shops , we were told it was not a problem to make purchases and take goods back to Australia . We were taken to Bloty herb shop and told by our guide and owner that they are a registered and government approved spice company and there was no problem taking the spices back to Australia. They did have spices pre-packed and sealed with the name of the spice and that Australian can buy and take through customs. However THIS IS NOT TRUE. We were picked up by border security as we declared we had spices as by law you have to do this, and they were confiscated. Anyway any product must have weight , ingredients in percentages and manufacturing details and commercial bar codes we effectively lost $100 , anyway our spices are now in the immigrations BIN at the airport.
