Our driver was nice, very helpful and on time to pick us up. The car was clean and the ride was smooth from Istanbul city to the Istanbul airport. Clean, friendly and most importantly safe; that’s why I would recommend it to any of my family & friends.
We were traveling back through Istanbul with a long layover. Mert was very responsive and made sure we knew exactly where to go for pickup in the city. He actually met us to make sure we found our driver to return back to the airport on time. Also he helped me make time changes and was very understanding and super quick to respond to my needs. The car was clean and spacious. The driver kept my wife waiting for 30 mins prior to pick up. Driving quality was good.
We booked us an Istanbul in One Day Tour and airport transfer. We booked them through their webpage. At the airport there was a guy holding the sign and we found them quickly. They took us straight to the hotel. In the morning they picked us up from the hotel with a bus and we went to the gathering point where the one day tour started. There where 14 people in our group. The guide was very good and talked a lot about the history and answered our questions. We had plenty of time to take pictures and to look around. The tour was in english. We also visited a local shop and ate at local restorant. They were both in old town. The guide came with us everywhere. We also ordered departure transfer. Because we started to move at 18.15 o'clock, we got stuck in rush hour and the ride took 30 minutes longer than arrival transfer. But we made it at the airport in time and we had no problem at departure. We had excellent experience and we recommend it to others.
We just returned from a 7 day tour of Turkey, first we arrived to Istanbul spent 3 days than we found this website on the internet and contacted to them to making our tour arrangement from Istanbul to Cappadocia. They have arranged everthing that we need, airport transfers ,hotel in cappadocia and sightseeings than they picked us up from our hotel in Istanbul to the airport to fly to Cappadocia, someone waited us there and took us to where we started to tour with other people. We did a tour in Cappadocia and stayed in very nice cave hotel. Next morning we waked up early got to ride hot air balloon it was a amazing experience I have never done before and recommend to everyone. Thank you so much to Murat and Huseyin who helped us for this trip they made us happy.
