Il nostro autista professionista verrà a prendervi direttamente dal Terminal delle navi da crociera Canada Place e fornirà un trasferimento privato all'aeroporto internazionale di Vancouver (YVR) per la partenza del volo. I nostri servizi di limousine operano tra l'aeroporto di Vancouver e tutte le località della Greater Vancouver, incluso il centro di Vancouver. Su richiesta sono disponibili anche trasferimenti verso altre località. • Si tratta di un servizio di trasferimento privato. Parteciperà solo il tuo gruppo. • È richiesto un orario di prelievo designato per tutti i ritiri dal porto di crociera. Può specificare il suo orario preferito al momento della prenotazione, oppure le consiglieremo un orario adatto in base alla partenza del volo. • Il tempo di attesa gratuito è fino a 45 minuti dall'orario di prelievo previsto presso il terminal crociere. • Se l'ospite è in ritardo oltre i 45 minuti e non siamo in grado di prendere contatto, l'autista può essere rilasciato. • Ulteriori tempi di attesa possono essere accomodati in base alla disponibilità del veicolo, ma non è incluso nella tariffa Viator e deve essere concordato direttamente con il fornitore locale. • Procedura di prelievo dal terminal crociere: - Al momento dello sbarco, è necessario ritirare i bagagli e procedere attraverso la dogana e l'immigrazione. - Seguire le indicazioni per “Limousine, navette e tour privati (Porta D)” e uscire attraverso la Porta D, dove troverete la cabina di spedizione Limousine. - Check-in con il Port Attendant allo stand. Fornisci il tuo nome e dichiara che KJ Limousine Services è il tuo fornitore di limousine. - L'addetto al porto invierà quindi il tuo autista dall'area di stiva fuori sito e il tuo veicolo arriverà alla zona di ritiro passeggeri entro circa 8–10 minuti. ⚠️ Nota: le procedure al porto sono soggette a modifiche. Sentiti libero di contattare il nostro ufficio prima della crociera per gli ultimi aggiornamenti. • Ogni veicolo ha una capacità massima di bagaglio. Assicurati che il tuo gruppo e il tuo bagaglio siano adatti al tipo di veicolo selezionato. • Seggiolini per bambini disponibili su richiesta (soggetti a disponibilità). Great experience - very easy to book and pickup went smoothly. Met us directly in the cruise terminal with quick delivery to the airport to catch the 12-noon flight out of Vancouver. We were there by 9:30 AM. Had a great, narrated tour of Vancouver along the way - what a bonus !

Excellent and reliable transport. We received enough information prior to pick up with clear directions. We knew exactly where to go and what to do. The shuttle was nice and clean. Big enough for 6 of us with our luggage. The driver was amazing. Very pleasant and happy early in the morning. He was very friendly and informative. The only thing we did not like that because it was a private shuttle, we had to wait a bit, maybe 30min to get the shuttle, even though he was already waiting for us. This has nothing to do with the company, it was a port rule. This is for all the private shuttles.

Super easy to use coming from the Canada Place cruise terminal. The text support was great at informing me of where the driver was, and when I had to adjust my pickup time slightly it was no problem. Our driver was a delight, and had lots of interesting info about Vancouver. He was super helpful. Would definitely use them again!

Reliable and timely with excellent communication on both of our trips from Vancouver airport to our hotel on the waterfront, and then back to the airport from Canada place cruise port. Cars were spacious even for our group of 5 adults and spotless.

Arrived for our transport a bit early actually which was nice but unexpected. Super friendly driver, helped us load our bags and made a nice drive to the airport. Great communication from this service as well!
