When we arrived the taxi was not there to meet us at the airport as promised. Only thanks to some help from a friendly man waiting to pick up someone else, who called the operator on our behalf. After another 45 minutes wait finally somebody came to meet us. This caused us immense stress and made us late arriving at our hotel. It was not a good start to our holiday. We would not use this company again!
I was very worried since my flight was arriving late near midnight. I was surprised to see my name on a piece of paper held by a gentleman at the exit. He was very polite and kind and the trip from airport to my hotel was very smooth. Overall, the service was excellent!
Amazing experience. The drive was there already. He helped us with our stuff. He was so nice and friendly. The price was so cheap. Only £14 for 3 of us. It took about 25 min to the hotel. Definitely will book with the viator again.
