Waited close to 45 minutes looking for our driver and asking all around and looking for a sign. No one showed finally took a taxi to our hotel after arriving in the hotel we receive a text saying he is waiting for us, a bit to late like nearly one hour and a half late, very disappointed in the service and hope Viator refunds the transfer to me!

The driver jOHN was very kind and polite . The transport on Express Way was excellent. This new elevated road facilitates the transport in many parts of Nairobi avoiding the traffic jam that is a characteristic of a growing population city such as THE GREEN CITY IN THE SUN. To conclude , all I wanna say is that , I am totally pleased by the people and transport of kenyan capital.
Our driver, Julious, was waiting for us after we collected our luggage. Very friendly and polite and showed us around the city as we drove. Would definitely use their service again.
Pickup was on time. Guide was very nice and friendly. It was nice to have this arranged ahead of time to know that I would not have to bother with trying to get a taxi. Would recommend
Thomas was waiting for us even though our flight was over an hour late. The drive to the hotel was pleasant and safe. We were relieved of any of our security concern late at night.
