Trasferimento aeroporto di Nairobi a Wilson Airport o City Hotels

My driver was on time and very professional. I loved how I was made to feel as though a family member was picking me up.

When we cleared customs there was someone waiting for us. She took us outside where we waited thirty minutes for a driver and car. The car was very old and not at all what was pictured and described. Would not recommend this service.

This is my go to service for when I arrive in Nairobi. There’s no stress! Having someone waiting for you with your name on paper is perfect. You do not have to deal with the taxi drivers asking if you need a taxi.

My driver was patiently waiting as I arrived to the curb from baggage claim after a bit of a delay with immigration due to visa processing.. I was the last flight of the evening so it was much appreciated. We arrived to my hotel in the time indicated, but it was due to very aggressive/fast nighttime driving passing on single lane dark country roads. Aside from my fears of collision, I wish that the vehicle had a charger port (even via a cigarette lighter plug) to assist in charging my phone. That part seemed basic. Also perhaps water. Overall I tipped him and was very thankful.

The pickup was scheduled for 20:00. We were there a few minutes early. The driver arrived at 20:10. Then we had to walk 10 minutes to his bus. And wait there another 8 minutes while he paid for his parking. We ordered a car and driver. Instead we got a very uncomfortable bus which had inadequate leg room!

Stephen is the best!! We booked a tour with him as well. He Very knowledgeable and passionate about his country!!

Upon arriving and clearing customs at NBO, Stephen was waiting for us. Stephen is very knowledgeable, courteous and pointed out other tours.

Fantastic service and extremely reliable. We were delayed leaving the airport due to luggage issues and our driver was so patient and kind. Highly recommend for easy transfer in Nairobi!

We got an airport transfer to our hotel through Gracepatt and didn’t regret it. Communication was clear, prompt and descriptive so we knew exactly what to expect and when. We arrived into Jomo International and were greeted by Francis our driver. He was exactly where he was supposed to be and had a clear name board. He was friendly, polite, accommodating and super funny. He gave us some interesting facts and a bit of history on our journey to the hotel. Quick, very safe and would definitely travel again with him. Thanks Francis and GracePatt!

We had to connect to our flights into the Mara from Wilson airport, although very small, it was a much better experience than we had at Jomo airport. The security process and checkin process was very painless, fairly easy and does not take long at all. It has a nice little waiting room, with a little cafe up stairs where you can grab a quick snack and drink.
