A HUGE thank you to Pedro Silva for an enjoyable ride to Heathrow today. Pedro went out of his way to remedy an administrative booking error to ensure we made it to the airport on time. The vehicle was very neat and comfortable. I would highly recommend Pedro and this transfer service.
I got a shuttle alone! Thought I could e-transfer a tip but couldn't...The driver was very polite and helpful so I wish I could have tipped.

Our driver was friendly, professional and timely. He picked us up in front of hotel as requested and he helped us with our luggage. He even pointed out historical points of interest on the way out of the city! He made the ride to the airport interesting.
Pick-up was on time and our driver was friendly and helpful! This service is similar to Lyft or Uber.
Our driver was great and very professional, however, when I called earlier to confirm the pickup point, I was told by customer service that we would be met by the driver in the lobby of our hotel. Instead, we had to wait outside at street level. Not a big deal, but not accurate information.
