Una volta prenotato uno dei nostri prodotti, la vostra prenotazione sarà confermata immediatamente, quindi uno dei nostri rappresentanti sarà lieto di contattarvi un giorno prima del servizio per assistervi con tutti i dettagli sul vostro trasporto e su cosa aspettarvi. Al momento del ritiro, i nostri autisti saranno adeguatamente rappresentati con un cartello con il vostro nome e cognome e il logo della nostra azienda, per garantire che possiate identificarci facilmente. Arrivi in aeroporto: Abbiamo due punti di incontro per rendere il nostro incontro più facile ed efficace, per il Terminal "A" i nostri rappresentanti vi aspetteranno al ristorante "JET-LAG" che si trova a pochi metri dall'uscita del terminal. Per il terminal "B" il punto di incontro sarà presso il ristorante "REFUGIO" situato a pochi passi dall'uscita. Se il servizio di trasporto è di andata e ritorno, vi contatteremo il giorno prima della partenza, vi chiederemo il numero di camera e vi confermeremo il ritiro per il giorno successivo.

We had a family pickup from Melia Caribe Beach Resort to PUJ and although there was heavy lunchtime traffic, driver responded by text when we checked if he was running late. He managed to get through cpngestion at PUJ to find us a clear dropoff. Very progessional, great service!
They showed up on time for pickup and communicated clearly with us in a timely manner.
This transfer company provided exemplary service. The drivers met us as we exited the airport. They were waiting for us-no need to track them down. For pick up back to airport-on time with our names on a sign to easily find each other. Highly recommend!
I recently organized a large ~70 person family reunion to Punta Cana. Joseph Beras and his team did a phenomenal job coordinating and transporting everybody across 25+ different flights to and from the PUJ airport and our resort on multiple days. He was very communicative and accommodating, quick to respond on WhatsApp and email, and his cars were consistently clean and arrived on time. To be honest, he was far and away the best vendor I worked with while planning this reunion. And he did this for half the quoted price from the transport agency recommended by our resort. 5/5 stars. Would use again.

Extremely happy with the service we received. From pickup at the airport to our return, they were on time. The vehicles were clean, modern, and appeared well maintained.
It was nice, easy to find at the airport and safe to book with. Me and my bf did a round trip. It might be cheaper to uber then $70 but still worth it and was nice. They have WiFi which is a plus. Glad they got us to where we needed to go safely.
