False advertising! I paid for a “luxury suv”. I got a 20 year old junk Tahoe with 400,000+ miles, 95 degrees and NO AC, NO RADIO, absolutely ridiculous should not have been on the road.
Danilo was so friendly and showed us all the landmarks in Punta Cana. He was respectful and held a great conversation. He answered all our questions and taught us some Spanish. He also gave us some information about booking with Best Punta Cana excursions! Thank you and we hope we have you on our return trip! Love the Carrillo family.
We were impressed with the way they took care of us. They sent us a video and picture of what to expect when we arrived and they were right there waiting for us. Our driver, Angelo, was professional and drove carefully. He actually was our driver on the way back to the airport as well. He was not only professional, but also friendly. We felt very safe. Definitely recommended!
Great experience overall! We had a little trouble finding the transport from arrival but we showed the picture and people showed us where to go quickly. Our ride back to the airport was prompt and we enjoyed talking to our driver Jonathan. He was very friendly and we got to hear his music. We would book with this travel company again!
