Excellent round-trip airport transportation service from Punta Cana International Airport to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. They were easy to locate at the airport with clear signs, had great communication the entire time, and made everything stress-free. They were especially kind and helpful with my elderly in-laws, which we truly appreciated. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and punctual both ways. Highly recommend!

Gabriel was amazing! He handled our airport transportation in Punta Cana perfectly — on time, reliable, and super friendly. We also booked a few activities with him during our stay, and everything went smoothly. He made our trip stress-free and way more fun. Highly recommended!

Our airport guide was very communicative and responsive as soon as we arrived. Very patient as we went thru customs and sent photos and directions on where to find him outside the Terminal.

I really recommend this company, safe and comfortable style, the drivers are so good that I chose them to pick me up at the airport and I felt very safe, I was registered on arrival at my apartment, I come to Punta Cana and I will use them. A big thank you to Elias Heiliger, he is really a jewel, so kind and nice, and Gabriel too. 10/10

Super fast transfer service, good communication with Gabriel. We took the tour to Saône Island and it was an amazing experience, totally recommended. Super organized, friendly and helpful.

Because of your incompetence we almost missed the flight. We had to take a taxi from the hotel service, the same one I had to pay for. Arriving at the airport they refunded me in cash what appeared to be 20 dls and then checking, instead of giving me 5 dollars, they gave me 1 euro.
Las incidencias suceden y no todo esta bajo nuestro control y usted fue muy deshonesta en escribir semejante comentario, tenemos pruebas de que le retornamos 30$ por el taxi que tuvo que tomar, sea mas seria.
we went to saona island and had such a nice time! very beautiful and fun trip made memories for life. even though it was raining, the island had waters blue and clear.
