Picked us up right from our hotel, we did not have to take the train. And the Disney tickets were waiting for us when we checked into the hotel.

Driver was prompt and very friendly. He was on time at both pickups in the morning and evening. Made the trip easy to do.

Worse experience of my life Everything was closed off, i came 2 hours before closing and was willing to wait but the rurned me down?? Wtf I really cannot get over this stupidity… my 2 sons are so disappointed Never again with this Tokyo Disney bs Plus TF they are talking about in Japanese Avoid for the love of God The app only works in the park, cant access outside, no info Terrible crowd control I demand refund

Overall very good. Loved the Disney Harmony in Colour parade Loved the Reach for the Stars light show Loved the Snow White's adventure Loved the Tale of Beauty and the Feast Amazing performance of the Mickey's Magical Music world Too bad that the Night High Halloween firework was cancelled due to heavy rain but that was ok considering we had great fun already.

Great experience! We highly recommend this company and this taking this trip! My husband and I were treated wonderfully! We received excellent communication from the start after booking with easy to follow instructions! All interactions were professional, friendly, and polite! Transportation was clean and driver was prompt for both the pick up and drop off. The tickets were delivered to our hotel as promised with no problem! Great customer service! We would use Cherry Tomato again! Love the name too!

We booked this about 2/3 months before landing in Ireland. It's the only experience that don't five you your tickets via the app . They have to be sent to your hotel. Of course with the hectic mornings I forgot the tickets they were left on our hotel table and we were already in the car on the way there. When asked for help we were told "not good" either to pay again or get a train whwn we got there to go home and a train back. The driver left us at the gates of the disney hotel and drive off.. so webhad no idea where we were going or what we were doing. When we eventually found the entrance which isn't that obvious as it's down 2 sets of stairs in the hotel thankfully a member of staff let us repurchase the tickets . We were so deflated at this point that we left within 2 hours and made our own way home. So basically we paid twice to get into Disney and paid our own way home because I was absolutely adamant I wpuld never deal with this company again

Disney always top service. Booked round trip from hotel to and from park Cherry Tomato also top service. Great communication

It was so easy to enter. There were no queues. I wasn't sure if Disneyland would be for us because we are older but it made us smile the whole way around. We went on a few rides that weren't too daring!... No screaming haha. The drivers to and from our hotel were fabulous.

Excellent trip. We were picked up from and to our hotel on time. The driver was very courteous and very helpful. The service is excellent. Highly recommended
