Great First Impression of Punta Cana This transportation service gave us the best first impression. They were waiting with our name, helped with luggage, and drove safely. They found us the best food joint too. We’ll use them every time we visit!

We had an amazing time. I highly recommend this company. The communication with them was easy. They contacted me through WhatsApp. They were waiting for us at the airport. The driver was very nice and insightful on the way to the hotel, giving us information and offered us some tours that we did with them. We will definitely be using them again next time we come.
Stress-Free Arrival! From the moment we landed in Punta Cana, everything was handled perfectly. Our driver was waiting with a sign, easy to find, and super friendly. A smooth ride to our hotel—highly recommend! Will use again!
We arrived in Punta Cana to find NO ride to the resort that we had booked and paid for. Another transportation company helped us by calling Leane Tours who forgot about us. After waiting for about an hour a van showed up but I had booked a Suburban with drinks for the 5 of us. When I told the driver this was the wrong vehicle he went and got a Suburban to take us, but of course there were no drinks! After complaining about our lack of service Leane offered to give us a portion refund which didn't cover the drinks it cost me to buy. To this day 2 weeks after we returned home still NO REFUND! I have sent Leane two emails and they are not responding. THIS IS ONE COMPANY I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM.
