Una volta prenotato uno dei nostri prodotti, la tua prenotazione verrà confermata immediatamente, quindi uno dei nostri rappresentanti sarà lieto di contattarti un giorno prima del servizio per fornirti assistenza in tutti i dettagli sul tuo trasporto e cosa aspettarti da esso. . Al momento del ritiro, i nostri autisti saranno adeguatamente rappresentati con in mano un cartello con il loro nome completo e il logo della nostra azienda per assicurarvi di poterci facilmente identificare. Arrivi in aeroporto: Disponiamo di due punti di incontro per rendere il nostro incontro più semplice ed efficace, per il Terminal "A" i nostri rappresentanti vi aspetteranno presso il ristorante denominato "JEG-LAG" che si trova a pochi metri dall'uscita dell'aeroporto, terminal. Per il terminal "B" il punto d'incontro sarà presso il ristorante denominato "REFUGIO" situato a pochi passi dall'uscita. Se il tuo servizio di trasporto è Andata e Ritorno, ti contatteremo un giorno prima della data di partenza, ti chiederemo il numero della camera e ti confermeremo il ritiro per il giorno successivo.

Excellent service driver was on time for pick up. No issues. SUV was older model and interior was little worn. Only comment is that the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke if you’re allergic. I’m sensitive to cigarette smoke, but I endured it as wasn’t that bad but I would preferred not to have that smell the vehicle.

It's very likely that previous passengers smoked inside the SUV; even though we ventilate and inspect every unit before each service, this can sometimes happen with tourists and the odor lingers. We're going to take extra steps to strengthen our cleaning and ventilation process, and I'm truly sorry it affected you, especially since you're sensitive to cigarette smoke.Regarding the SUV model, please note that it is indeed not the newest in our fleet, but it's a 2019 vehicle that we keep in excellent mechanical and cleanliness condition.I also want to apologize if the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. This may have been due to a misconfiguration by the driver; we're reinforcing training so our drivers properly check and sync the climate control system before starting each service.Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to offer you a much better experience next time. They were more than on time, super awesome and zero hassle! As we landed they kept in constant contact.
Reliable services, staff does their best to communicate, even though there can be a language barrier. Vehicle photos are miss leading, accomadating but not luxury.

They did very well with communication and we had a very smooth transport both ways. I was informed via text/whatsapp/email the day before and the day of with detailed instructions, including names and pictures of the pickup person. My flight was even delayed and when I notified them I got prompt replies via text with no issues. They arrived at pickup early with text notification and was easy to locate with a picture of the driver and they had my name on a sign. Very friendly staff. Would 100% use again.
what I like the most was that our driver and the company was communicating with us before our pick up. We had multiple family members arriving at different times and we were all able to communicate with the driver for the arrangement to pick up my one cousin that was in terminal a when the rest of us were in terminal B our driver was very understanding and spoke good English, and got us to our shuttle and to our resort in a timely manner. The only thing I would say is that the air conditioning was not as cold, but it was OK. I would definitely use this service again as I felt it was very professional and everything went according as planned.

Team goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. However, the vehicle supplied was subpar and did not match the pictures provided when booking. That was a bit of a disappointment.
Hello! I really appreciate your kind comment about the service provided, but at the same time, I didn't understand the part about the vehicle not being the same as the one shown in the photo. The cover photo shows a Suburban SUV, which has a maximum capacity of 6 passengers, and your group is for 8, so a minivan was assigned to you. The only issue we had was not knowing the pickup time in advance. They do text the day before with the time which is based on your flight departure time. I would rather of had an estimated time with confirmation the day before.
