Great ride from Istanbul Airport to cruise terminal. Friendly driver. Easy to meet. Comfortable vehicle.
Last October 23rd we had the pick-up contract with bedsonline for 19.45 at Rome airport. Transfer that recommended us travel the English cut that also goes panda of unpresentables. Well calling more than 10 times and your answers were up to 1 hour you must wait for the transfer of crazy people and another one to take a taxi and that the money was not refunded everything very "professional" in short a bauble and lack of education the number to call for any problem . Until more than 1 hour and a half of the time the driver comes they are to apologize for bad forms and baloney a total nonsense, never to repeat and less with trips cut English guilty of working and offering these trash companies.

The service was very professional and a good value. It was my first time to Istanbul and the company told me exactly where to meet them (given the metropolis that is IST this was key). He provided me with a phone number and a WhatsApp link so I could reach them if there was a problem. The handler met us exactly where he said to be and took us to the driver that had us in central Istanbul in 30 minutes. Highly recommended as opposed to trying to hail a taxi - IST is massive and there are thousands of people trying to get somewhere, even during COVID.

We had contracted airport transfers with this Enterprise, for the transfer back, that is, from the hotel to the airport, they did not show up. i used D2 transfer when i landed and also on my return and i found the service to be professional and well priced. i was in constant contact with them on whats up and they werw very prompt in thier communication. i requested them to pay thier driver and they willingly obliged. if i come to Istanbul again i wouldnt hesitate in using this company again.
