Ray was exceptional. Our flight was severely delayed and he was very flexible in ensuring our pickup at the new arrival time. He stayed in touch with me, gave clear meeting point instructions and was beyond professional. He also gave several recommendations and even later texted us a long list of recommendations by category. We have already booked him for our pickup back to the airport for our departure, and requested Ray.
