Erika was helpful and took excellent care of us.
The company DID NOT show up to transfer us from the hotel. They told me they picked up another family with the same name? What the hell. What’s the point of asking for my confirmation number the day before when I confirmed? And I had to call them to confirm, no one contacted me. I was told I’d need to show my Viator ticket, I guess whoever “had the same name as me” (yea right) didn’t have to show any ticket. So we had to scramble to find a taxi and race to the airport, talk about stress. Whatever you do, DO NOT book with this company. You’ll be scrambling at the last minute trying to catch a flight. Communication was poor, zero professionalism, cannot believe that experience.

It appears there has been an error, and it's very likely that you are posting this comment on the wrong company's page, as this service was not provided by us. Please check your Viator confirmation or your ticket to correctly identify the company you booked with and direct your complaint there. We fully understand your frustration, but this situation is not related to our service.
Excellent experience, Anne was friendly and helpful. She called a driver and Oscar arrived quickly. Anne helped me with my bag and led us to our driver, Oscar. He was awesome as well. Overall, great experience, will use this company again for sure :)
