This was a great way to travel between Bari and Matera. We had two large suitcases that made train travel difficult and the ride only took an hour. Driver was courteous. Would definitely book again.

Great experience! We had 5 travelers so important to have a large enough vehicle for us and our luggage. Carmen was waiting for us at the airport with a large snd comfortable van to take us from Bari to Matera. She is an excellent driver and delivered us safely to our hotel. Would highly recommend booking with this company.
The driver could not accommodate us. Our incoming flight was late so we missed our connection. I messaged Viator and the driver that the only ✈️ ght available was going to be very late in the day. The driver said he could not pick us up. I asked for a replacement and there was no answer.
I am sorry for your review but are you in no show, our company is not to blame. Your flight was scheduled to arrive in Bari at 14,35 and our drive wait you at airport until 16,00 pm as the rules. You take later your flight from US and you will arrive at 23,40 in Bari, so 10 hours later the scheduled pick up. You book the transfer, not 10 hour wait. The agency company tell me that you are NO SHOW, we are always punctual and efficient.
Had a bit of difficulty trying to get a respond from the operator. However, they responded a day before pick up. The appointed driver Michele was patient and careful throughout.
Perfect travel arrangement! Good communication, and easy to find the driver at the pickup spot. Travel was quick, safe, and we were delivered directly at our destination.
The transfer was made on time in spite of our plane being late. It took us about an hour in a comfortable van to get to our destination point.
