We would like to clarify that the additional charge applied was due to the hotel location being in Playa del Carmen, which is outside the Cancun Hotel Zone selected at the time of booking. Our rates are based on specific service areas, and this difference in location requires an adjustment in pricing. This information was clearly explained before the service was provided, and the option to cancel at no cost was also offered. However, the reservation was confirmed and the service proceeded as agreed. We are pleased to know that the driver provided good service, professionalism, and punctuality.
