No show, and I had to make international calls to TripAdvisor and all they did was repeat the information on the booking back to me. They offered to call the provider after I told them I have already tried and it's the wrong number. Really disappointing start to our trip!
Private transfer became a collective transfer. Driver was late because he went to pick up other people.
Unreliable carrier. Did not arrive at the scheduled time for airport transfer. Although I tried to contact the service provider myself, they did not respond to my inquiries.

Our driver, Zakaria, arrived at the agreed location on time and drove professionally in the heavy traffic. Only 18 minutes from Medina to airport. They love Hungarian music! 😀
