Jose was friendly and professional and got me safely from the airport to my hotel. He even shared recommendations of things to do and places to eat during my stay.
Very efficient with extremely helpful driver. The easiest transfer we have ever had.
Highly recommended for a big group like ours. We had 13 people. Drivers were on time and patiently waited for us to clear up some issue with our luggage. Nice vans with air conditioner. Thank you, Ricardo.
Got a transfer service from our hotel in Porto. Ricardo Oliveira from Meridian4people picked us up, he was on time and messaged us as soon as our plane landed. Unfortunately due to issues at customs the driver had to wait for us for about an hour. Shook our hands, gave us a map of Porto, very friendly and kind gentleman. Carried our luggage for us, brought it into the hotel for us, and helped my mom out of the car. Didn’t charge us extra even though he had to wait an hour still only charged the agreed upon 40 Euros. Highly recommend this individual and transfer service.

Absolutely 10/10 service by Ricardo Oliveira. He made the transfer seamless! He was waiting with sign on hand when we arrived, helped us with our bags to the car and into the hotel. He had maps and water on hand and was very helpful!

We had a large family group headed for the historic city center, so we needed two vehicles. Our drivers were Manuel and José Cardoso. Great communication, they were waiting when we arrived (despite our flight being way delayed), and brought us smoothly to our destination. We used the same company upon departure, and had José Cardoso again - both cars arrived on-time; vehicles were spotless and comfortable, rides were great. Very reliable, and highly recommended. Make sure you have WhatsApp installed on your phone!

We had a round trip transfer (airport pick up to the hotel and then return trip a week later). After flying all night with two teens, I didn’t want the hassle of an uber and not knowing if our luggage would fit or dealing with the metro. Everything was seamless. Ricardo was our driver and was waiting for us as we came out of baggage claim. He also arrived at our hotel a little bit early for pick up. I would definitely recommend. One thing to note: we booked the round trip transfer through Viator and confirmed both pick up and return with the company. However after the initial pick up our trip was marked complete on Viator. This is a Viator issue and not an issue with the company. They are very quick to communicate and reconfirmed my return trip.
