Questo tour di 8 ore inizia presso la piazza dell'ippodromo e prosegue verso la Moschea Blu, uno dei monumenti storici della città. Dopodiché, visiterai il Museo di Santa Sofia, una delle più sontuose chiese bizantine. Proseguirai poi verso il Palazzo Topkapi, residenza imperiale del grande Impero Ottomano, oggi un museo che ospita una grande collezione di porcellane ed espone reliquie sacre. Procederai verso la Piccola Santa Sofia e il Grand Bazaar, dove chi è in cerca di souvenir sarà tentato dalla sua ricca collezione di preziosi tappeti fatti a mano, gioielli e oggetti in pelle e dove si concluderà il tour. Durante il tour, sarà servito il pranzo in un ristorante locale.

Istanbul vanta i suoi monumentali santuari di diverse fedi e la Moschea Blu è probabilmente uno dei capolavori più famosi dell'architettura religiosa ottomana. In piedi in grande prestigio con i suoi sei minareti e cupola perfettamente proporzionata, prende il nome dalle sue piastrelle color turchese in minerali di quarzo. I sultani ottomani preferivano pregare in questo santuario senza tempo a causa della sua incomparabile bellezza fino a quando l'impero crollò dopo la guerra mondiale.
L'Ippodromo Romano del glorioso passato espone oggi il famoso Obelisco di Teodosio e la Colonna Serpentina risalente al V secolo a.C.
Basilica di Santa Sofia, uno dei più grandi santuari cristiani mai costruiti nella storia. Ornata da ricchi murales a mosaico, colonne colossali ed esposizione della serenità divina, Santa Sofia è un vero patrimonio mondiale che ha ospitato varie fedi nel corso dei diversi periodi della storia ed è attualmente gestita come un museo che espone arte e architettura bizantina impreziosita dal gusto ottomano.
• Questa visita al palazzo imperiale dei sultani ottomani includerà tour del tesoro imperiale, della sezione di porcellana Cinese, della sezione calligrafia e molti altri. Visiteremo anche il segmento opzionale Collezione di gioielli del palazzo.
Grand Bazaar, il vasto e leggendario mercato coperto che è il più grande souk del mondo con quasi 4000 negozi di antiquariato, gioielli e tappeti.

- Al momento della prenotazione, a tutti i partecipanti saranno richiesti nome e numero del passaporto e Paese di provenienza
- Per lo svolgimento di questa attività, sono necessarie almeno 2 persone.
- Poiché Hagia Sophia non è più un museo (è stato convertito in moschea), le guide turistiche non hanno priorità / offerta salta fila lì.
- L'opzione in lingua spagnola è disponibile solo il lunedì e il giovedì, mentre l'opzione in lingua inglese è disponibile in qualsiasi momento per non creare confusione ai viaggiatori che desiderano prenotare il suddetto prodotto.

The sites are great to see, but our guide walked too fast and many of us found it hard to keep up. In addition, his accent was difficult to understand compared to guides on other Viator tours this trip. He offered many facts but didn’t interpret what he told us. Came across as a bit dry.

We were very lucky to have good weather until the end when a thunderstorm broke. The tour with Ahmed was interesting. Possibly too much to fit in comfortably in one day but we are pleased that the tour allowed us to see the major sites . The pick up from the hotel was on time and after a lot of walking the return trip by bus was welcome!

Great experience. An amazing tour of the key historical sites in Istanbul in one day. Our guide, Ms Fatma was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and allowed us to spend as much time as needed at each location. We had a wonderful multi-course lunch at a nearby restaurant as part of the tour. Highly recommend.

We booked this tour to try and see as many things in the old part of Istanbul. Our guide Umutcan was amazing. He met us right on time at our hotel. He was so knowledgeable and knew detailed history for each site we visited. Lunch was at Anka Palace with a a great view of the water and the food was very good. We would absolutely book this tour again
Amazing tour. Saw all the major sites without having to wait in ticket line and our guide was extremely knowledgeable and well spoken in explaining the rich history of turkey and the relevance of each historic site. We had a wonderful lunch at a hotel rooftop as well all included! Would 100% recommend this tour.
