We had a wonderful tour with our guide Yuki (Yukino Shiraga). Yuki reached out to us the days before, so we could let her know what we would like to see. Based on that she created a great tour for us (2 families with children). I would recommend the tour in your first day. It helps you to find out how to get around the city (especially with public transportation). We enjoyed the tour very much!
This tour did not include a car, so we’ve had to pay another $80.00 for taxi. We saw a lot of cherry blossoms that way, but the guide did not offer much in the way of information and we could have done the same taking a hop on hop off bus. The guide spoke English. , but often did not seem to understand The tour was 3 hours and we paid over $ 300 in total. Not worth it!
Celeste was a wonderful guide…on time, knowledgeable , patient and informative. She covered a great itinerary to suit our needs. A great half day tour and we highly recommend Viator
We started our trip from Tokyo and Ryuto was our first guide. We explored Senso-ji temple, streets of Asakusa and shopping heaven Ginza with him. He was very clear and patient English speaking guide with detailed knowledge about the places we visited. He helped us understand how rail lines work in Japan, the hot spots and offbeat places to visit and also a very clear picture of entire Tokyo city. Best part is we got to experience the best of street food Tokyo had to offer and the shopping places for our travel. Eagerly looking fwd to visit again and meet him! We now got a friend in Tokyo :)
Celeste and Roku were so patient with our 10 members family Nice to go at our own pace and enjoyed learning about Japanese culture.
