Il nostro percorso ci porterà in Champagne, dove potrai ammirare i paesaggi e i vigneti autentici lungo tutto il percorso. La nostra prima tappa ci porterà alla scoperta delle cantine di una delle più belle case di Champagne con degustazione. Queste cantine, patrimonio eccezionale, offrono la testimonianza unica di diversi secoli di elaborazione. Custodi di un vero tesoro, oggi sono la memoria del talento e del lavoro degli uomini. A seconda dei giorni della settimana, possiamo andare al mercato del villaggio per incontrare produttori e artigiani locali. Degustazioni incluse. La scelta della cantina dipenderà dalla disponibilità.
Continueremo la nostra giornata nel villaggio di Hautvillers da dove si può godere di una vista mozzafiato dell'intera valle della Marna. È in Hautvillers che è sepolto il monaco Dom Pérignon! Faremo i suoi passi per tornare alle origini dello champagne.
Visita della famosa Avenue de Champagne con le più grandi case di Champagne. Il nostro pranzo nei pressi di questo locale vi permetterà di degustare, se lo vorrete, specialità locali (esempio: tavolata degustazione con assortimento di prodotti locali)

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel did not meet my expectations. The staff's attitude was not as welcoming or professional as I had hoped, and I found the pricing to be inconsistent, with rates changing from one day to the next without a clear explanation. This made the overall experience confusing and disappointing. I hope the management will improve customer service and adopt a more transparent pricing policy to provide a better experience for future guests.

We had a wonderful tour to the Champagne region with a small Champagne producer as well as a wildly popular tour of Moët and Chandon. We were headed to Veuve Clicquot and upon arrival discovered it was closed on that day. Our knowledgeable guide quickly pivoted to a champagne house that we had never heard of and we were very pleased with the tasting. Thank you Collin for introducing us to Pommeray Champagne and their very unique property!
