Firefly Park Resort Bukit Belimbing a Kuala Selangor, Malesia. È l'unico posto in questa regione in cui è possibile assistere alla vista di ALCUNE lucciole che lampeggiano in sincronia, spesso indicate come "l'ottava meraviglia del mondo". È uno dei luoghi di interesse (POI) da visitare in Malesia. Farai un giro in barca lungo il fiume Selangor dove le lucciole inibiscono i rami degli alberi "Berembang" lungo la riva del fiume. Qui, fino a migliaia di lucciole possono raggrupparsi su un albero, iniziando la loro esposizione circa un'ora dopo il tramonto. Un display davvero luminoso dura circa due o tre ore, continuando a livelli più bassi fino all'alba.

La cima della collina è ricoperta da un faro circondato da alti e ombrosi alberi ombrosi che sono un paradiso per gli uccelli locali, le scimmie argentate e i lunghi macachi. Andrai in un vicino villaggio di pescatori per una cena a base di frutti di mare prima di dirigerti verso Kampung Kuantan .

Verso le 18.30 visiterai il villaggio malese di Kampung Kuanatan, dove saliranno a bordo di una barca. Sono forniti giubbotti di salvataggio e il barcaiolo solleva la barca lungo il fiume. Come accennato in precedenza, qui milioni di lucciole ci presentano con uno sfavillante display di luci tremolanti in sincrono che assomigliano a scintillanti luci elettriche su un albero di Natale. Sicuramente sarai abbagliato e la vista ti toglierà il fiato!

Fantastic morning seeing all the main KL sites. Our guide provided lots of interesting facts and light hearted stories. It was at a leisurely pace. Would definitely recommend.
Santhia was an excellent and warm guide, she gave us a lot of information throughout the tour. Santhia accompanied us safely through the tour and was very concerned about our well-being.This allowed us to really relax. The boat tour was fun and it was an experience to see the fireflies.

Another second great trip with Sathesh…great guide. The Firefly trip included Eagle feeding and Blue Tears sighting. All was great and to top it off one of the best seafood restaurants I have eaten in. A vey worthwhile trip and the best day in Malaysia so far. If we return we will surely use Sathesh.

We had a great experience with our driver, Sathesh. He arrived on time and patiently waited over 15 minutes for us without any complaint. Sathesh was extremely friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout the trip. He took us on several wonderful excursions and even recommended must-see attractions like the Blue Tears and the Eagle Tour. As Muslims, we truly appreciated that he made the effort to find halal restaurants and helped us make reservations. On top of that, he kindly took many beautiful photos for us during the trip, helping us capture special memories. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to his thoughtful and attentive service.

the car and driver were fantastic!! timings could have been better as was left for 2hours to wait for darkness to fall for boat trip. food was very disappointing!! only served mediocre chinese food which left a lot to be desired!! boat trip was great as were thr fireflys
Had an amazing time with my tour guide Mr. Sathesh. 1st time experience with feeding monkeys at the Altinburg lighthouse. We then went for our seafood dinner. This was the most delicious seafood I've ever tasted. Sathesh knows all the good resturants. We then proceeded to see the Selangor fireflies. They lit up the trees like Christmas lights. It was a spectacular sight to witness. The night ended with blue planktons (Blue tears). This was a once in a lifetime opportunity and it was breathtaking. The water turned bright blue with any movement. When the speed boat sped through the water, the sides and the back of the boat lit up like Blue Neon lights. Malaysia is the only country where you can see the blue planktons.
