Batu Caves è un'attrazione turistica iconica e popolare che è assolutamente da visitare. Un affioramento calcareo situato appena a nord di Kuala Lumpur, Batu Caves ha tre grotte principali con templi e santuari indù. La sua attrazione principale è la grande statua del dio indù all'ingresso, oltre a una ripida salita di 272 gradini per vedere finalmente lo straordinario skyline del centro città. Scimmie che giocano intorno alle grotte. P.S. I gradini per raggiungere le grotte non sono accessibili alle sedie a rotelle o ai passeggini.
Jadi Batik è uno dei più antichi centri di batik e artigianato nella valle di Klang. Visita la galleria e scoprirai che il batik non è semplicemente un tessuto con un elaborato pezzo di design. Jadi è il posto che devi visitare se non vedi l'ora di vivere un'esperienza olistica nel batik e nell'artigianato malese.
Masjid Negara è uno dei monumenti più illustri della città. Ha una cupola unica a forma di stella e un minareto alto 73 metri. Il design di Masjid Negara combina elementi di architettura moderna e arte islamica tradizionale, calligrafia e ornamenti. I visitatori sono invitati a vestirsi in modo appropriato quando visitano la moschea. Il tempio Thean Hou è un tempio a sei livelli della dea cinese del mare Mazu situato a Kuala Lumpur. Si trova su 1,67 acri (6.758 m2) di terreno in cima a Robson Heights su Lorong Bellamy, con vista su Jalan Syed Putra. Fu completato nel 1987 e inaugurato ufficialmente nel 1989. Il tempio fu costruito da Hainanesi che vivevano in Malesia. È uno dei templi più grandi del sud-est asiatico.
Brickfields iniziò come centro di produzione di mattoni alla fine del XIX secolo, dopo che un enorme incendio e un'inondazione travolsero Kuala Lumpur nel 1881. I doppi disastri si alternarono distruggendo le strutture in legno e paglia della città. Sir Frank Swettenham, residente britannico a quel tempo, rispose ordinando l'uso di mattoni e tegole nella costruzione di edifici, evocando così lo scopo della città.

Qui è comune contrattare e il posto è solitamente affollato sia di gente del posto che di turisti. La zona ha decine di ristoranti e bancarelle di cibo, che servono i piatti preferiti della gente del posto.

Mia was a great guide, picked up promptly and given a breiefing on the attraction with ample free time to discover each. It's a great tour if you're short on time and not really sure what to go and see. The Batu cave is the stand out attraction and probably spent too much time at the central market.
had a really enjoyable experience with the Ten Wonders of Kuala Lumpur tour. It was a convenient way to visit many of the city's famous attractions without having to worry about planning the transportation myself. The itinerary included a good mix of cultural, historical and iconic places, and the guide was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. I especially enjoyed learning more about Kuala Lumpur's history and culture while visiting the different attractions. The tour was well organised and comfortable, making it a great option for first-time visitors who want to see many highlights of KL in one day. Overall, I had a memorable experience and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
The tour did not meet expectations. It was a disappointment. I’d recommend spend the money for a private tour or just use Grab to get from place to place. Probably decent if you only want a few photos for social media from each location but that wasn’t our intention. The pickup location changed overnight so we had to adjust our schedule to accommodate a new pickup location. The tour guide then seperated my group instead of having the last two passengers take the last two seats. The tour consisted of 17 participants plus the guide, also our driver. We were crammed into a van with a capacity of 17 passengers plus a driver. Participates struggled to make it past the second row of seats because the aisle was so narrow. The guide was only able to communicate with the participants seated in the first row and passenger seat because they did not have a microphone so everyone else missed information.. This was brought up by a couple of participants and nothing changed. Tour guests then stayed near the bus so they could get seats near the guide and ask information. The guide only offered to take pictures at one site and left guests using eachother to take pictures. The guide would provided limited information as traveled but only four participants could hear it. The windows of the van were low that observing anything during our travel and areas listed as drive by could only be observed by the participant in the passenger seat. This was disappointing. The windows also had a metal bar running across the middle of it which further constricted the view. The guide offered to take photos of the participants at only one location. The remaining stops he provided a few comments about the place and then told us what time to meet up. I learned more from Google than the guide.
Wonderful and thoughtful tour of the great highlights of Kuala Lumpur. Stephen, our guide, is well versed in the history and culture of his beautifully complex home city. It was a joy spending the day with him and learning from his experiences. This small group tour (mine had nine tourists) is a great value and an excellent way to introduce travelers to the city. I recommend this tour!
Booking this tour insured we were able to hit the main attractions without feeling overwhelmed with doing it ourselves. Stephen and Kamal were excellent. Stephen was very knowledgeable, personable and nice! Kamal made sure to safely get us to our destinations and not to mention timely pickup from our hotel.
The trip was great. We got to visit many places. I think the only thing we needed in the trip was a small break to get something to eat during lunch, but other than that everything was amazing.
The tour was okay. The guide was very good. The organisation between Tripadvisor and the company was apalling. I will never use trip advisor again
I had a wonderful experience on the Ten Wonders of Kuala Lumpur Shared Tour. Our guide, Stephen, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very caring, making sure everyone—including a wheelchair user—was comfortable throughout the tour. He shared interesting highlights of Malaysia’s history in a clear and engaging way. This tour is excellent value and highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially if you’re only staying for a short time. Thank you, Stephen, for a memorable experience!
This is not led by a tour guide, just a driver who takes you from one location to the next with no explanation or history. It is one religious site after another, with a few stops engineered to buy things like a batiks shop, although they do show you how they are made. The Batu Caves are like Disneyland meets Hinduism and not worth the hike up the stairs. The Market is just endless stalls, as is Chinatown. It made all of Kuala Lumpur look cheesy. The plus side is you do get to all of the primary sites, just not a lot to see. Skip it and just go to the Petronas Towers on your own.
