First day in Tokio couldn’t start better with Kazuma. He’s the best guide in town. Very friendly and flexibel in making the best memories for the whole family. We can really recommend doing a biketour with Kazuma. Bikes are in excellent condition and pick up and drop at the hotel is very convenience. Regards Femke

We made plenty of stops to chat in the shade, cool off in the air conditioning, and lower our temperature with some delicious ice cream. Our private e-bike tour with Kazuma was an absolute highlight of our time in Tokyo. He met us right at our hotel, which was such a nice, easy start to the day. It was a family trip with our two college-age kids, and because it was a private tour, Kazuma tailored the whole route around what actually interested us rather than sticking to a generic itinerary — the kids loved it just as much as we did. He was upbeat and engaging from start to finish, and clearly knows Tokyo inside and out. On top of everything else, he's a genuinely talented photographer — he captured amazing shots throughout the day, good enough that he's getting a photo credit on our holiday card this year! The bikes were top notch and we felt very safe riding the streets of Tokyo. Kazuma was the reason this was one of the best memories of our whole trip.

Amazing way to spend a morning in Tokyo! Kazuma-san was a wonderful guide, perfectly balancing history and information with fascinating stops and great photo spots. He took us to sample local sweets, visit a local Shinto shrine, and check out a traditional fishing village as well as the modern high-rise millionaire housing. Cannot recommend enough!

Kazuma was a fabulous guide. This e-bike trip was fun, informative and highly enjoyable. Kazuma was knowledgeable on all the places of interest, he showed us areas we would have never explored alone and we covered much more distance than you possibly could on foot. We had an amazing bike tour in Tokyo! Our tour guide, Kazuma, was absolutely wonderful. He took us all around Tokyo by bike, which was such a fun and unique way to experience the city. What could be better than exploring Tokyo on two wheels? Kazuma was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. One of the nicest touches was that he took photos of us during the trip and shared them with us later that day. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and now we have wonderful memories from an incredible experience. If you're visiting Tokyo and looking for a fun way to see the city, I highly recommend this tour. I went with my family on our second night to Tokyo and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had on a trip. Kazuma was one of the nicest and most funny people i have ever met and was very educated on the culture of japan, enthusiastically sharing many interesting and important facts about its culture. I would literally give this tour 10 stars if that were an option. Today was our first full day in Tokyo and this was by far the best introduction to the city that we could ask for. Kazuma was an incredible tour guide- kind, knowledgeable, fun, and spoke great English. His bikes were comfortable and well-maintained. We saw a TON of sites, rode through neighborhoods and city streets, stopped for sweet treats and later ice cream at a cute little local shop. Kazuma was absolutely willing to customize our experience and you could tell that he truly loved sharing his city with visitors. The last time we were in Tokyo (2016) we did a bike tour (normal pedal bikes) with a much larger group. While we enjoyed that experience, I can tell you that there is no comparison between that and this smaller private tour. We covered so much more ground on the e bikes, and we got every question answered because it was just the four of us. Our sons (ages 13 and 16) commented several times about how much fun they were having. Two thumbs up. Highly, highly recommend! Don’t miss the opportunity to tour with Kazuma when you visit Tokyo!

Kazuma NAOI was an outstanding guide from start to finish. He met me at my hotel as was previously arranged with a smile and great energy. After a brief safety review, he outfitted me with a helmet and ensured the bike was adjusted for my comfort. The e-bike itself was in great working condition and operated easily. The ride itself was ~14 miles and was filled with city views, green space, residential views with city and history knowledge shared along the way. I would highly recommend this tour.
