Itinerario

Wth, waited for tour to stop at hotel this morning, called tour operator, He DID NOT cancel the trip Saturday. I MISSED a day to learn, go, see, experience, Mt Rainier or other opportunities. Other people use disrespect all the time for small consequences this was disrespectful and rude.. didn't even answer his phone using his company and hadn't canceled tour, or sent me due a refund. Disrespectful, unprofessional. Btw, viator, I have traveled the world using your business.
Horrible. Tour operator did not show up at prearranged pick up time. Did not inform me that tour was cancelled until I inquired to why they didn't show up. Wasted an entire day of my vacation.
Wow!! Deep was the absolute BEST tour guide ever!! He went above and beyond our expectations and showed us the most incredible and beautiful places at Mount Rainier! When you are planning this tour make sure you request Deep! He’s amazing and we would give a hundred stars if we could! Thanks again Deep for a fabulous tour!
What a great trip! I’ll be honest; we booked this shared private tour because it was the last minute and all of the larger group tours were booked up. We were hesitant to spend the extra money for this one, but we really wanted to visit Mt. Rainier and only had one full day in Seattle, so we decided to do it. It was SUCH a good decision! I feel like we got to see so much more than other groups, because there was no rounding up group members and waiting until everyone was on the bus. There can be up to 5 people on this tour, but it was only my husband and I on ours. Our tour guide, Dwight, was great! He took us to see so many highlights of the park that I don’t think we’d have seen on a larger tour. He knows all of the the places to park and got us very close to the sights. He gave us suggestions for how long to stay at each stop, so that we could see all of the things we wanted to see. We never felt rushed. With all of the info Dwight shared with us, we felt like we had insider info on the park. He offered to take photos of us at all of our stops and even knew where to stand to get the best shots. The SUV was very comfortable and Dwight provided us cold bottled water. He stopped at a grocery store on the way because we wanted to pick up supplies for a picnic lunch, and was accommodating for anything we wanted to do. The personable guide, attention to our desires for the day, and flexibility of this tour made for a unique experience that we will always remember!
Mt. Raninier was spectacular to see. My best friend and I really enjoyed the trip itself. However, I was disappointed with the "bait & switch" we were victims of when we scheduled a personalized solo guided tour. We were initially quoted $520 and then told that we would have 2 other tourists joining us. When we explained that a personalized solo trip should only have included us, especially for that price, we were given some excuse for a misunderstanding. I assure you that there was NO misunderstanding. We ultimately ended up having to pay over $600 which was OUTRAGEOUS when you consider that our tour guide, Paul, insisted on doing what he wanted to do instead of what we wanted to do. We are in Mt. Ranier for about 2 hours which was more than enough. However, on our way back we wanted to stop by a driv-thru for a specialized cup of coffee and since the tour guide preferred Mc Donalds, that's where we went instead. I supposed he deserved to do what HE wanted for the price WE paid. Did I mention it was $600 after the bait & switch? Buyer beware!
Great experienced driver and tour guide Dwight 5 star , as SUV goes rather been in all American SUV than a Honda at the end of the day was worth the trip.
Dwight was amazing, so knowledgeable, interesting and accommodating to our wishes. We couldn’t had ask for a better driver and guide. We will definitely recommend him. Thank you Dwight for a wonderful day.
Entertaining driver Mike and awe inspiring views... loved the breakfast stop in the little town of Puyallup
Thanks Stephen and glad that you had a wonderful trip to Mt Rainier . We are a customer obsessed tour and travel operators and always like to improve the customer experience
It was a great experience. The guide was friendly and informatice. Me and my friend ended up being the only folks who had booked the tour, so we were the only ones in the SUV. Got to see some lovely sights and appreciated our guide's patience with us. Only 2 issues we experienced was the restaurant we stopped at for breakfast, and that the road to reflection lake was closed due to bad weather. The restaurant we stopped at did not have many vegan options, but in their defense it was the nicest restaurant in the area (might be better to pack some food for the trip instead, which we did). All in all a great and fun experience.
Thanks for the feedback. We always believe in continuous improvement and customer obsession
This was the awful. A waste of $855 dollars for the day. I could have rented a tahoe and drove myself up there for this (hike more, had a smoother drive, packed a lunch, etc.). No communication with guide at all. He was so unfriendly. During the 1.5 drive there, 2.45 on the way home, or even inside the park, like so unfriendly and uninformative. No time to hike at all on this "tour." Our trip was cut short be the other person in our group decided to go off on a hike by himself for an extra 2 hours that we just had to wait in the parking lot fo him? Guide had to talk to his manager on what to do? Ummm alert the ranger? We did all this. We alerted them after the guy was missing for 1.5 hours. A volunteer on the trail found him thank goodness however it was still an hour out from the car at that point We lost half a day of hiking due to this company. And the company didnt even care. They wanted to wait extra hours for him show up at our expense. Out of the whole day we went on a 1/2 of hike. 2 hours total- thats it. It was awful. Guide didnt talk at all. The company doesn't give you the make, model, or lisc. plate number for the car picking you up. The guides driving was awful, unprofessional, and extremely dangerous. At one point on the mountain he turning around on a one way (blind point on cliffs) and proceeded to drive on it to get back to the main road (the one way was a cutoff). Umm WTF? I would not recommend this company. It falsely advertised on what they offer. If i could refute the charge on my CC and give them zero stars i would. Trip advisor should ban them from posting trips.
