Awful from start to finish, they forgot to buy tickets for one of the visits and lied about it, the guide was rude, arrogant, we actually cut the tour short Absolutely rip off
We are very surprised to read this review. First, I would like to clarify that we never lie to our clients. On the day of your tour, there was a misunderstanding regarding the Majorelle Garden tickets. On the same day, I had another reservation with different clients who informed me by email that they did not wish to visit Majorelle Garden because they did not have enough time. Unfortunately, this created confusion in my schedule. However, this was not intentional, and I showed you the communication to explain what happened. It was simply a misunderstanding, not a lie. It is also important to mention that you were still able to visit Majorelle Garden and recover the ticket payment, so there was no financial loss for you. Regarding the comment that the guide was “rude” or “arrogant”, this is very surprising to read. If our team behaved this way, we would not have received more than 800 reviews from satisfied guests, the vast majority of them rated 5 stars. We always treat our guests with respect and honesty, and our reputation has been built on that for many years. If there was any misunderstanding during the day, we sincerely regret that, but we cannot accept accusations that do not reflect the reality of the service provided.
