Our tour guide, Elhlussain, was absolutely amazing! From the moment our tour began, he made us feel like family. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible, sharing so much knowledge about the Atlas Mountains and making every stop memorable. His hospitality was exceptional, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making our trip special. He was friendly, patient, professional, and always willing to answer questions or help in any way he could. Thanks to Elhlussain, we experienced so much more than just the sights—we experienced the culture and warmth of Morocco. If you’re looking for a tour guide who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly passionate about what he does, I cannot recommend Elhlussain enough. He made our trip unforgettable. Thank you for everything!

One of the most incredible tour experiences of my life. I’m very overdue in writing this, as my husband and I traveled to Marrakech for the first time in April 2023 (TripAdvisor won’t let me go back in the dropdown further than a year) and took this tour with Hamid. We spent traveling from Marrakech and stopping along the way to visit vendors that made argan oils and other local artisans that made hand-carved figurines, Berber rugs, and products made from the locally-derived argan oils. We hiked up the Atlas Mountains and along the way met the neighbors and friends of Hamid and saw the famous l4 seasons in one day”. When we got to the top of the mountain, we had a fabulous meal in Hamid’s home, cooked by his mother and sister. It was a beautiful experience and one where we felt like in only a day, we had the unique opportunity to immerse ourselves in the culture, to meet many of the locals and to truly understand how special a place Morocco and the Atlas Mountains are. Morocco has since become a favorite destination, and though we returned in April ‘25, we didn’t have time to do another tour with Hamid but plan to on a future return trip and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Marrakech or the Atlas Mountains.

Of the best experiences I have ever lived! The Riad a pass, a haven of peace and quiet, everything super clean and cared for, and the deal, unbeatable! They were always ahead of our needs, making us feel at home! I would definitely repeat without thinking! One hundred percent recommended!

Best part of our trip to Marrakech! We spent an amazing day visiting the cooperative, making the route to see the waterfalls and visiting the village of Hamid, where we could eat at home thanks to the hospitality of his mother, who prepared the richest meal of our entire stay in Morocco. It was an unbeatable day, especially thanks to Hamid’s company, he is a very patient and interesting person, he explained all kinds of curiosities and answered the endless questions that arose. He is also very prudent and observant, also allowing the group to have moments of being alone and being able to chat with each other. Un 10!!!! I recommend it as a must if you are going to Marrakech.

This tour was outstanding from beginning to end! Abdul was our driver, and he met us outside of our hotel right on time. The SUV was clean and comfortable. Abdul started the day with a run-down of the day’s itinerary, and provided us with information on the history and culture of Morocco, the Marrakech area and the Berber people throughout the day. Along the way to Imlil, Abdul stopped at scenic vistas to allow us to take pictures & videos. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer the hundreds of questions I had throughout the day. Upon arrival in Imlil, we met up with Hamid, our guide for the hike and host for lunch. Hamid took the time to assess our hiking preferences and tailored the route accordingly. Once again we were afforded plenty of opportunities to stop and take photographs from the vistas along the way, many of which featured a view of Mount Toubkal. Lunch was amazing! We stopped at a home in the village of Aroumd which featured a rooftop deck with a view of the mountains. We were treated to seemingly endless mint tea and an assortment of appetizers. Lunch was a delicious chicken Tagine with soup, rice and fresh fruit for dessert. I can’t say enough about the warm hospitality. We had a relatively relaxing hike back down to Imlil where we met up with Abdul again for our ride to Agafay. The camel ride was brief, but enjoyable and afterwards we were treated to more mint tea. The drive back to Marrakech was uneventful, and Abdul continued to engage us in conversations about Morrocan customs, culture and history. This was an amazing experience and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Atlas Dream!

My husband and I booked this private day trip and we absolutely loved it! Rashid and Abdul were both kind, knowledgeable and great to spend a day with. We especially loved the stop at the local market (book on a Tuesday if you can), the hike in the Atlas Mountains and lunch in a private-Berber residence (they even accommodated my celiac dietary restrictions!) The private tour allowed us to go at our own pace (faster than a big group) and make many photo stops. We recommend this tour!

An unforgettable day exploring the Atlas Mountains and Agafay Desert! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, with first-class service and a well-organized itinerary. Traveling in a small group made the journey feel more personal and immersive. A highlight of the day was visiting his family home, where we enjoyed a delicious lunch in a stunning setting. The hike through the mountains was breathtaking, with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and truly appreciate the beauty of the landscape. We had an amazing time! Our guide had incredible knowledge about the area and shared fascinating stories and insider tips with us. The hike was perfect for beginners – not too challenging, yet offering breathtaking views. There was plenty of food, and the host’s family spoiled us with delicious homemade dishes. You can really taste the love in their cooking! The surroundings are absolutely stunning, making it the perfect getaway from everyday life. The vehicle was also very comfortable, making the journey even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

We had a great day with Elhoussain. We ate a delicious tagine at his mom's. This experience was really exotic and off the beaten track. Glad to have discovered part of the Atlas and shared this moment with Elhoussain. I highly recommend it!!
